NCSS seeks cooperation with development partners and local government institutions or other international Organizations.

We seek active advocacy with;
  1.  All governmental levels of Administration
  2. National Institutions and Organizations
  3. International NGOs and Agencies
  4. Corporations and Investors
  5. Civil Society Sector
  6. Local administrators
  7. The rural and urban population in general

 

Our Target Groups include;
  1. Returnees
  2. Displaced persons in POCs & Refugee-Camps
  3. Demobilized Soldiers
  4. Indigenous knowledge societies
  5. Victims of warfare
  6. Unskilled and Unemployed population
  7. Women, youths
  8. The physically challenged
  9. Technical professionals and teachers, health workers, agriculturists
  10. Students at all levels

For NCSS projects to be truly independent and self sustaining, it should be clear that the Youth themselves must be the starting point and the primary resource for the self-financing of the initial NCSS projects.

 

We, the Moderators of the National Conversation South Sudan vision, shall therefore appeal to the Youth of South Sudan to sacrifice from within themselves in the spirit of volunteerism and contribute some of their own funds to implement NCSS first project, the Youth Agricultural Farm (YAF
