Who We Are

National Conversation South Sudan (NCSS) was initially created as online forum to bring south Sudanese intellectuals, particularly the youth to discuss Social, Economic and political situation of the Country.

It was established as an NGO by Moderators in August 2020 and registered with the RRC on March 24 2021.

Vision Statement

The mission of NCSS is to create a model for grassroots, post-conflict socio-economic growth in rural South Sudanese communities. This will be achieved through the establishment of NCSS as an indigenous charity organization owned by the youth in the country side.

NCSS shall bridge the gap between the community and the national and state institutions. This mission stems from our firm belief that the society has a responsibility to develop and nurture its citizens, to allow them to reach their full potential (mentally, physically and spiritually) in order to make a meaningful contribution in the Nation Building. An enlightened community where every need’s groups are empowered to enjoy and secure a decent life, a responsive environment and to promote their social, economic, cultural and moral development.
