Local communities need to be sensitized and shown the advantages of instituting fair land tenure policies at the grassroots, so appropriate information can be disseminated when the issues of land use are being handled by the State and National institutions
NCSS’s strategic focus is to become a catalyst for socio-economic transformation of the civil sector in South Sudan
NCSS will lobby stake holders, namely local Government, Development Partners, and Corporate Institutions to initiate programmes for socio-economical change.
NCSS will also mobilize local communities to effectively embrace and participate in this social-economic transformation.
NCSS seeks to form linkages with well established Local & International NGOs and Corporate Institutions to cause change in select priority sectors of the economy while strengthening the relevant local Government Institutions to continue the change process.
While initially relying on donations to initiate the projects, NCSS will exit such projects when they become financially viable by empowering individuals and local communities to take ownership of such projects through the acquisition and transfer of shares and dividends.
