Organizational Structure

NCSS is a grassroots, self-reliant and self-determined organization, that is Governed by a Board of Trustees and Managed by a team of Moderators. All of our members start out as volunteers and are then selected as an officer after a consensus by the general membership. There is no limit of membership enrollment, and officers are elected once a year in our annual general meeting.

Technical and legal advice will be provided by our Technical Consultancy and Advisory Board, which is made of professionals and experts in various sectors.
