National No Bra Day on October 13th encourages wearers to leave their bras at home.
The day promotes breast cancer awareness. It also helps raise money for the research. Additionally, October is breast cancer awareness month, and no bra day serves as a reminder for all women to be screened for breast cancer.
Women and girls, it is not every time that we should wear bra. When at home please remove it, it is not healthy.
Happy national no bra day to all the women and girls around the world.
